I was moving cross country, attempting to sell my house in Racine while purchasing a house in Colorado. The market in Colorado was very tight, so I was anxious to land a contract on my Racine house for a good price as quickly as possible so I could place an offer on anything promising that came on the market in my new hometown. Susan crafted a brilliant plan. We set a fair price based on comps in the neighborhood, invested in quality photography to show off the gorgeous gardens and location, set one weekend of open houses and showings, and opened bids several nights later. I ended up selling the house over asking price without a lot of inconvenience. There is a lot to be said for experience and with Susan you will get it. I am so grateful for her expertise, her patient guidance and honest answers throughout the home selling process. If i ever move back , she will be the realtor I call.

From start to finish (six weeks from listing to closing of sale) Susan was always available morning noon or night to answer our question and guide us with her expertise.
